Manages a caseload of patients/caregivers as assigned.Requirements: 2+ years of Experience-Required IL RN License -Required BLS (AHA) -Required Hospice Experience - Required Dedicated Hospice Admission Experience - Highly Preferred Facility will not consider local candidates Territory:50-60-mileradius.
