**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in statistical data analysis (including SQL, R, or Python), marketing measurement and attribution (e.g., MMM, MTA), business analysis, and client-facing.

+ Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.

+ Experience with Google's advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).

+ Experience in strategy consulting, financial modeling, or a client-side role focused on consumer insights.

+ Experience designing and analyzing online experiments (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality/lift studies).

+ Ability to translate complex data analysis into simple, compelling stories and strategic recommendations for executive-level audiences.

As an Analytical Lead, you will act as a data-driven trusted advisor, partnering with sales teams and influencing customers’ marketing measurement plans. You'll analyze large datasets to find actionable insights and strategies, helping clients mature their measurement practices.

You'll own key client relationships, navigate cross-functional teams, influence decision-makers, and motivate change, embodying Google's passion for learning and succeeding as a team.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Engage customer leadership to uncover and understand their core business objectives and strategic challenges.

+ Analyze complex datasets to identify, quantify, and prioritize innovative growth opportunities that solve clients' most pressing marketing and business problems.

+ Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using compelling data narratives to challenge the status quo and influence strategy.

+ Apply expertise in advanced measurement (e.g., incrementality, MMM, attribution) to test recommendations and prove the business impact of Google's partnership.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and data teams to deliver full capabilities, help define cross-media measurement standards, and scale best practices.
