Your role

As a motivated and adaptable Finance Professional, you will play a key role in supporting Finance Nordics during the rollout of our S4U project. This position is designed to help manage workload fluctuations caused by project demands and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across M&A, Accounting, Controlling, and Tax.You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various finance teams, contributing to both operational and strategic activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting MTP (Mid-Term Planning), forecasting, and quarterly management reporting

Assisting in the finalisation of the Finance Steering Policy draft

Participating in month-, quarter-, and year-end closing activities

Supporting the development, digitalisation, and documentation of new tax reporting processes (e.g. interest deduction limitations, Country-by-Country Reporting, and Pillar 2)

Contributing to the drafting of transfer pricing documentation

Providing support in due diligence processes

Assisting in Finance Nordics-wide projects and cross-functional initiatives

Managing various ad hoc finance tasks as needed

Your experience

Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Initial experience in a finance environment, preferably within M&A, Tax, Accounting, and/or Controlling

Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with a wide range of finance topics

Willingness to learn and adaptability in a changing environment

Excellent command of English; Swedish language skills are an advantage

Interest in working with digital tools and improving processes
