About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Abacus Insights’ Client Success team in the role of Business Analyst. The Business Analyst – Client Success plays a critical role in enabling successful client engagements by supporting Client Success Directors with data analysis, documentation, and project coordination. This role is responsible for drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), analyzing financial and operational data, managing small-scale projects, and producing client-facing and internal documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

In this role you will:

SOW Development: Collaborate with Customer Success Directors and delivery teams to draft and refine Statements of Work, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations and internal capabilities.

Data Analysis: Analyze client performance metrics, financial data, and operational KPIs to support strategic account planning, SLA enforcement, and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.

Project Coordination: Manage small-scale client projects or internal initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Documentation: Create and maintain client-facing materials such as onboarding guides, process documentation, and reports and reporting templates, as well as internal documentation to support operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between client success, delivery, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of client initiatives.

Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track client health, contract utilization, and project progress.

Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to account management workflows and documentation practices.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in general business, computer information systems, communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in business analysis, client services, or project coordination.

Strong proficiency in Excel, Confluence and GenAI tools like CoPilot or ChatGPT.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting client-facing documents.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
