Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist Mandarin-speaking clients with inquiries, policy information, and claims support, ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with State Farms standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, claims processing, and appointment scheduling.

Accurately document customer interactions and update client information in the agency management system.

Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues promptly.

Promote State Farm products and services when appropriate.

Maintain knowledge of insurance products, agency procedures, and compliance requirements.Qualifications:

Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is required.

Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in insurance or financial services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
