Position: Sr. Architect

Location: Kozhikode

Gender: Male/Female

Education: B Arch or M Arch

Experience: Min. 8 + years architectural design process from concept to completion for large-scale building projects.

Salary: 75k-200k/month (based on experience)

Interview mode: Face to face at Kozhikode

Office timing: 9:30 to 5:30 (6 days a week)

Age: Max. 50 Yrs.

Job Description:

Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for large-scale building projects.

Collaborate with clients, developers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Provide design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff within the team.

Present project proposals and design concepts to clients and management.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative building technologies.
