Expected salary range of $118,800 to $132,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for development and oversight of installation plans, from initiation through closeout, for Clean Energy Center (CEC) modifications while ensuring accountability to Technical Specifications and CEC procedures. Position serves as a Task Manager, directly responsible for overseeing the work activities being performed by the Supplemental Workforce.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for development and oversight of installation plans, from initiation through closeout, for CEC modifications while ensuring accountability to Technical Specifications and CEC procedures.

Function as a Task Manager, with responsibility for overseeing the work activities being performed by the Supplemental Workforce

Coordinate between vendors, develop estimates, work with other organizations to develop and lay out the schedule to perform work, and ensure planning is performed

Hold field work coordination meetings with interfacing groups and facilitate intradepartmental communication.

Ensure installation plans adhere to the schedule and costs are tracked.

Reinforce safety expectations and monitors the safety performance of the Supplemental workers. Capture performance data in Supplier Financial Management System (FMS).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR

Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience OR

Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR

High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Financial/budget experience

Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

Fluent use of electronic work management system, Microsoft Word, Excel
