Our client is a tier-1 automotive supplier and has been growing steadily over the past decade. Recent mergers and acquisitions have created yet even more growth and the need to hire some new engineering talent in the facility. Main duties of the Process Engineer include:

Hands-on improvements of all injection molding processes

Preventative maintenance on presses ranging from 30-ton to 300-ton (Cincinnati Milicron injection molding presses)

Aid in reducing quality defects by using a variety of engineering strategies, such as corrective actions, 5-Why, root-cause

Use process improvement skills such as Lean, Six Sigma, and CI to optimize all injection molding procedures

Qualifications include:

BS degree in engineering strongly preferred. Experience over education will be considered

Strong injection molding knowledge
