Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Superior Customer Service Relationship with prospects:
Support the inside sales job.
Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, and quotation/ pricing.
Assist the sales team with data entry tasks as well as backup for other team members when needed.
Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedules, and to expedite and pending repair orders.
Arrange sales meetings and prepare presentations.
Help process orders, expedite orders, assist on RMA's
Help to follow up with PM for IBOM and follow up with Cost team.
Supporting marketing inquiry from partners in Southeast Asia Region to run Supermicro campaign across the region, get the event lead and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Prefer to be Bachelor of Commerce/Computer Science Degree
A minimum 3 years working experience in IT industries
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Strong attention to detail
Effective organizational skills
Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in Speaking and Writing English and Mandarin
