Accounting Supervisor - Sidoarjo based

our client in the food processing industry is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to strengthen its finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in accounting operations, especially those familiar with factory settings and possessing strong tax knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes

Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards

Monitor and control budgeting and cost accounting related to factory operations

Ensure tax compliance (PPN, PPh, etc.), including preparation and submission of tax reports

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed

Implement and improve internal controls within the accounting process

Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to be placed full-time in Sidoarjo, East Java
