Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000

Responsibilities:
Assess and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
Gather necessary financial documents from clients (e.g., income statements, ID, bank statements).
Undertake servicing calculations - assess borrowers' ability & eligibility to lend
Communicate with banks and lenders to submit applications and follow up on approvals.
Ensure all loan applications meet Australian financial and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM and loan processing software.
Provide updates to clients on the status of their loan applications and request additional information if needed.
Assist mortgage advisers and other team members with loan-related tasks.
Ensure deadlines are met to move loans smoothly to approval and closing.
Identify and address any issues or missing information in loan applications.
Requirements:
3-year + Experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Writer, or similar role
Knowledge using Applyonline and LoanApp for application submission
Experience with Infinity CRM, Quickli, and Australian Compliance Obligation is an advantage.
Microsoft Office competence (Word / Excel)
Basic computer proficiency
Good written and verbal communication skills
Motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
Organized and keen on details
Task-oriented and able to meet deadlines
