Design, implement, and support Cisco and Avaya PABX systems
Design and deploy Contact Center solutions (UCCX, Avaya Contact Center, etc.)
Perform system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting for collaboration platforms
Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
Explore, evaluate, and propose innovative technologies to enhance collaboration and customer experience
Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to operations teams
Person Specification
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
02 years of domain experience in PABX and Contact Center environments
Hands-on expertise in Cisco and/or Avaya Collaboration solutions
Strong knowledge of design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging collaboration technologies
