Customer Success Manager Amsterdam
For a fast growing SaaS player in the hospitality/retail sector, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on customer contact, onboarding, and building long-term relationships. You will join a dynamic, international team and work closely with support, product, and operations teams to make customers truly successful.
What will you do?
Guide customers during onboarding and ensure adoption of our platform
Build strong relationships and maximize customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and drive improvements
Identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions for customers
What do you bring?
Fluent in German & English
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management
Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
Bonus: experience in hospitality, retail, or POS/booking systems
