Job Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality after-sales service and support for electric motorcycles.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.

Liaise with and supervise provincial service representatives to ensure smooth operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive service experience.

Job Requirements

Age: Below 45 years.

Minimum of 3 years experience with strong knowledge in motorcycle repair and servicing.

Pleasant and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to ride motorcycles with a valid riding license.

Willingness to work in the assigned province and provide field-based support.
