Job Description

Role: To lead the creative team in delivering high-quality, innovative, and brand-aligned visual content for diverse marketing and communication purposes.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team (graphic designers, video editors, and content creators).

Oversee the design and production of graphics, illustrations, branding materials, and video content.

Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align creative output with business objectives.

Review and provide feedback on team members work to ensure quality and creativity.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative direction, including at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.

Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and multimedia content.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate a team while driving innovative creative solutions.

A portfolio showcasing design, video, and leadership impact.
