Site Procurement Officer

About the Role: We’re looking for a Site Procurement Officer to handle purchasing, rentals, and subcontracting at the project site.

You’ll ensure cost control, compliance, proper documentation, and timely resource availability to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do: 1.

Manage site purchase requests & verify stock availability 2.

Source materials from approved suppliers 3.

Coordinate rental orders & off-hire to control costs 4.

Process subcontract requests & issue orders for civil, structural, MEP & specialized works 5.

Maintain accurate records of orders, variations, and retention What We’re Looking For: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or Engineering 4–8 years’ experience in site procurement (construction required) Skilled in MS Office & ERP systems Strong English (Arabic a plus) Detail-oriented, organized, and great at coordination & negotiation Preference given to Filipino candidates.
