Responsibilities:
Manage labor relations and employee relations, including union-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and HR policies.
Oversee payroll, talent management, and HR administration.
Draft and implement policies, processes, and procedures.
Lead HR planning and strategic initiatives for the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience in academe or school HR preferred; corporate HR experience acceptable.
Knowledgeable in labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
