German-Speaking Head of Support Fintech/Crypto Larnaca, Cyprus Hybrid

Emerald Zebra is hiring on behalf of a boutique firm specialising in digital asset management and blockchain-based solutions. They don't chase hype. They focus on secure, tailored services for private and institutional clients in the crypto space.

They're now looking for someone to lead Support operations someone who understands how everything fits together behind the scenes and can make it all run smoother, smarter and faster.

As Head of Support, you'll connect the company's commercial vision with day-to-day execution. You'll lead a team focused on optimising internal processes, managing key tools and systems, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring your team has what it needs to succeed.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop the Support and Backend team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement

Partner closely with deals Leadership to align on strategy, forecasting and performance tracking

Design and refine trade processes, tools and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability

Oversee CRM management, data integrity and support tools to ensure seamless operations

Drive the development and execution of onboarding and training programs for staff

Identify and implement improvements to streamline quote-to-order workflows and customer interactions

Act as a bridge between Support, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to ensure end-to-end alignment

Your Profile:

Proven experience in operational support, sales operations or business enablement, ideally in a leadership role.

Fluent in German and English (the majority of support requests are in German)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Expertise in CRM platforms and support tech stacks

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of leading through change
