You'll be more than an accountant; you'll be a key player in shaping the company's future. With a small, dedicated team of 30 employees, this is a hands-on position where your contributions will have a direct and visible impact. You'll work closely with senior leaders, contributing to and executing strategic initiatives that will help this business scale to the next level. What You'll Do

Lead all financial and accounting functions, from preparing financial statements to overseeing payroll.

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategy, providing expert financial models for new customers, products, and more.

Prepare and present budgets and forecasts to the management team, identifying key opportunities and risks.

Ensure all financial records and policies are compliant and well-maintained.

Manage, mentor, and lead a junior accountant.

What You'll Bring

A CPA designation is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management-level accounting role.

Experience in the manufacturing and/or distribution industry is a must.

A strong strategic mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.

A proven ability to thrive in a small- to mid-sized growing company is a bonus.
