As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for the flawless and speed execution of the contractual document issuing, control, exchange and storage, mainly pertinent to shipping and custom transactions. You will work in tight contact with GTE functions, shipping managers and logistic providers, to manage successfully achieve the timing completion of the assigned task. Always with top priority on HSE standard and compliance to Company Values.

In this role, you will be in charge of:

Support the shipping manager in managing the transportation for the project

Expedite and speed up the exchange of documentation between parties where needed.

Interact with Project shipping team, both in Florence and in US

Execute the shipment assigned, follow up with the appointed shipping forwarder, update the status to Project Team and Customer if needed

Fuel your passion:

To be successful in this role you will:

Have some experience in a similar role, with preference in complex process and organization.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Have a strong English level skill both verbal and written is a must.

Be able to work without supervision to complete the assigned tasks.

Have strong organizational skills

Have good project Management and time management skills

Have interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
