The Emergency Department offers an opportunity for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. In this fast-paced position, the ED RN provides direct care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialties, and adjusts the nursing care process as necessary to ensure optimal patient care. RNs must work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with other health team members to coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care. Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department.
Evaluate patient outcomes and modify care as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.
Adapt quickly to the evolving demands of a busy ED environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current VT or compact multi-state RN License
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience
TNCC certification preferred
