Job Description

Crew Leader- Full time/2nd Shift

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Location: DSCC/ 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213

Pay: $18.55 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday – 3:30 pm to 12:00am

Transportation is available from Newark to job site

Job Duties:

Complete all assigned cleaning task per contract requirements

Comply with all production and quality control standards

Attend all training requirements as directed by supervisor

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old

Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right-hand corner on Driver’s license or State ID)

Successfully pass a background check

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC included)

Skills/Abilities:

Supervise 8-10 employees

Meet attendance standards

Ability to work without supervision

Meet established production and quality control standards

Maintain accurate records

Communicates well with the public

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 25 pds.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Stand for 2 hrs with break

Bend, stoop, twist, walk long distances, reach, etc.
