Trading Trainee - Prototype Program

This is a 3-month structured trading internship designed to build discipline, strategy, and professional trading habits.

Phase 1 (Training - 4 weeks):

Learn trading rules, risk management, and discipline systems.

Phase 2 (Demo Challenge):

Apply strategies in a live demo challenge environment.

Phase 3 (Funded Account Pathway):

Successful interns may progress to funded trading with a profit-sharing model.

Successful interns will be the Proof of Concept and will be leading the operations in the future.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 16th Sep'25 and 21st Oct'25

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

Freshers are preferred - Maximum 2-3 year experience.

Strong discipline and consistency (non-negotiable)

Basic understanding of trading/finance preferred (not mandatory)

Willingness to follow rules and accept feedback

Based in Kerala or Bangalore (Fully - remote)

Note: The internship will be unpaid for the first 2 months and afterwards upon successful completion the candidate will get 10% sweat equity and the profit share.
