Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a 30+ hour per week position, with a Monday - Saturday schedule. This position ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while providing outstanding service to clients and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment where multitasking is essential. Most importantly, the Office Coordinator will strive to live the CSC Value: We value each customer as if they are our only customer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Follow up on leads to grow our enrollment.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and professional office and front desk environment.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
Train/support all Customer Service staff to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Post and process payments as needed on a daily/monthly basis
Maintain organized office operations and procedures, including filing systems, supply inventory, mail distribution, and scheduling.
Manage and maintain inventory of retail
Have expert knowledge of the CSC Website and JR Parent Portal to assist potential & current CSC customers
Work closely with the CSC Operations Manager to ensure consistent business processes across all CSC locations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office administration and/or customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office technology.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer-first mindset.
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
CPR (with AED), First Aid
