This role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and contributing to efficient financial management.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage assembly plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
Manage branch-wise assembly data and transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Supervise assembly line teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and industry regulations.
Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to support seamless operations.
Analyse production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
Skills and Competencies Fluency in Kiswahili, English French (Spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
