Richemont Customer Service Junior Project Manager

12-month fixed-term contract

CONTEXT

Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to:

Define and implement a global client service strategy:

Ensure a consistent, simple, straightforward and hassle-free service journey to our clients

Turn customer service into a competitive advantage

Participate in the client data collection to enhance the Maisons' data strategy

Organize and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (22 repair platforms worldwide, boutique workshops, and an external network)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Support Group Customer Services team in various projects aimed at enhancing Richemont client experience. This includes:

Supporting the continuous improvement of our repair platforms, with a focus on lean principles, visual management, and optimized repair processes

Participating in the digitalization of our activities to improve efficiency and client experience

Supporting the improvement of both internal and external repair networks

Helping leverage new technologies to drive further efficiency

Actively manage stakeholder relationships across Richemont Maisons and RCS Regions, under the guidance of Senior Project Managers, ensuring alignment with the global client service strategy

Adopt a customer-centric mindset for Richemont to turn customer service into a competitive advantage

Provide data analysis and insights to support project decision-making and drive effective project implementation

Develop a strong understanding of the luxury industry and the evolving landscape of customer service, with a focus on Richemont's multi-branded environment

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

Master’s degree in engineering, with 1 or 2 years of relevant professional experience

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in French is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Proactive and dynamic, you take initiative and enjoy business and technical challenges

Comfortable at collaborating effectively in a multicultural and matrix environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams and regions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Willingness to travel internationally as required
