3027021 Active Texas Pharmacist License Recent hospital pharmacy experience (required) PharmD and BLS certification Proficiency in IV preparation, sterile compounding, and general inpatient workflow Board Certification (BCPS) highly valued Chemo and hazardous drug handling experience preferred
