Purpose of the position

Day-to-day...

Development of digital and communication content;

Strategic planning of internal campaigns and engagement actions;

Creation of briefings for the continuity of work with the communication team;

Alignment of all demands with the communication team and other involved professionals;

Ensuring that deliveries are made within established deadlines;

Analyzing KPIs and creative processes and communications in search of improvements and to understand if the proposals worked as planned.

What will contribute to your success?

Completed Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, or related fields;

Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects);

Experience with motion graphics (Animations);

Experience in developing Design projects and synergy with other areas;

Advanced English is mandatory;

Conversational Spanish is mandatory;

Experience with visual communication;

Experience with brand design;

Experience and techniques in video construction and editing;

Experience in UX/UI will be a differential;

Experience in Internal Marketing will be a differential;

Good communication skills for requirement gathering;

Knowledge of planning internal engagement campaigns will be a differential.
