We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join TikTok Creative Lab bySelva!
If you’re passionate about creativity, digital storytelling, and building disruptive campaigns, this is your chance to shape the future of TikTok marketing.
You’ll collaborate with global brands, top creators, and leading agencies to design strategies that inspire, engage, and drive real impact.
From facilitating the creation of paid media campaigns to promoting best practices and strategic thinking, you’ll be at the heart of TikTok’s most innovative projects.
Become the TikTok champion and main reference within TikTok Creative Lab bySelva.
Design creative assessments and strategies to optimize TikTok campaigns.
Identify opportunities for TikTok briefs and top clients.
Deliver educational workshops to clients and agencies, addressing technical development and best practices.
Lead co-creation events with tier 1 clients, creators, and agencies.
Creators mapping and recommendations.
Transform requests into creative briefs.
Coordinate projects involving creativity and/or production in every market involved.
Work with the creative and production team to ensure delivery aligns with campaign and brand objectives and challenges.
Bring proactive proposals to drive new business and opportunities.
The magic you bring:
Bilingual English (written and spoken) – must be able to lead client presentations and collaborate with international teams.
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or social media (preferably with TikTok or short-form video platforms).
Strong understanding of paid media campaigns and how creativity drives performance.
Experience working with clients, agencies, and creators.
Ability to translate insights into creative briefs and actionable strategies.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-market projects.
(Nice to have: background in production, workshops facilitation, or creative copywriting.)
