As a Temporary Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule- Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Duration: Temporary role (Sep 26, 2025 – Jun 8, 2026)

Location- N2H 5G6

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security guard role

Hold a valid security license

First aid certification required

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficiency in utilizing Android and Chromebook operating systems for daily tasks

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

A clean criminal record check is required

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

Greet and assist visitors; verify identification and provide appropriate directions

Monitor and manage access to client-occupied spaces and restricted areas

Conduct regular patrols to identify potential safety or security risks

Enforce site-specific security protocols and client policies

Perform routine checks of security systems and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs

Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies; administer first aid and coordinate with emergency services when required

Collaborate with security supervisors and team members to maintain a safe environment

Handle inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and clarity

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any observed security concerns

Stay current with required security training and procedures
