Working Student- Ecosystem

Tradebyte – the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe and an independent company within the Zalando Group – is looking for a motivated Working Student to support the Ecosystem team.

As working student in the Ecosystem team you are responsible for:

Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.

Conduct basic data analysis and visualisation to support project objectives.

Internal reporting

Support for commercial and marketing topics

Project observation, stakeholder communication

Owning and driving (parts of) smaller projects

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Supporting business stakeholders with ad-hoc questions on internal performance, external partner/business development efforts.

Core Tasks:

Analysis and interpretation of relevant data in our field

Preparation and presentation of results, further planning of follow ups

Support in preparation and planning for all commercial topics (data tracking, forecasting) and related fields

Overall project observation (deadlines, stakeholder), marketing activities.

Contribution - Expected Results/ Benefits:

Building a transparent and scalable reporting and analysis structure, including the main KPIs and data for further business steering and planning.

Successful realisation of (small) projects within the Ecosystem

Contribution to the overall success of our internal offering

Critical Incident / Challenges

Internal consolidation of Ecosystem-relevant topics as well as prioritisation and steering of them

(Support of) cross-departmental project management of Ecosystem topics

Creating full transparency about the progress of initiatives at any given point in time and permanent measuring against the goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Economics, or similar) in Germany

Strong interest in E-commerce, or SaaS

Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)

Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
