Associate, Sales & Relationship Management Support

Your Area of Work:
You will join the Sales & Relationship Management support team for Investment Funds Services. The team focuses on supporting certain customer-based tasks on behalf of the Relationship Managers, such as assisting clients with general RM queries, new account Openings, report requests etc. The team is also responsible for Outreach and overall communication with the customer during the regulatory Onboarding process as a new business partner, as well as the various necessary KYC campaigns that will follow successful Onboarding.
Finally, the Sales & RM Support team is responsible for management and publication of the CFS Sales Pipeline and Revenues statistics and is heavily involved with the coordination of new projects and roll out of developments within the Sales and RM world.
This role is Client facing, taking ownership of the allocated tasks and processes as well as identifying opportunities for improvement will also be part of your duties.
A good team spirit and the capability to work in a cross-locations and cross-departments mode (i.e. with colleagues from different teams based in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Ireland) are paramount for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
As per above, your main tasks include Client queries responses, Client Onboarding, KYC Campaigns, Revenue Monitoring (list non exhaustive).
Take ownership of the tasks that are allocated to you and ensure timely delivery and proper handling.
Willing to follow the regulatory developments in the AML/KYC areas with our internal experts.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Department by suggesting new ideas and solutions but also by maintaining a positive attitude during the period of peaks of activities.
Take responsibility for maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the Department.
Develop and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, actively engaging in meetings, calls as needed.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (i.e. business, law, finance).
Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese languages spoken is a must, as well as fluent in written communication in English & Mandarin.
3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Require to have SFC License Type 1 & 4 due to regulatory requirements, otherwise to obtain the license within 6 months of joining the company.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Flexible, dynamic, well-organized, curious, willing to learn and share knowledge.
Strong ability to work with others both within the team and across the business to achieve effective solutions.
Good self-organizational and time management skills; problem solving attitude.
Ability to demonstrate strong interest in the investment fund industry and understanding of dynamic market environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, would be an advantage in effectively managing tasks and creating professional documentation.
