Digital Products - Product and Application Manager

My client, a globally recognized leader in medical devices technology and innovation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Products Product & Application Manager to join their team in Istanbul. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic development, implementation, and adoption of advanced digital solutions, including Smart Services and a leading Data Management Platform.

The successful candidate will manage customer applications, oversee seamless integration into clinical workflows, and collaborate with international teams to ensure product excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the product roadmap in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

Serve as the primary contact for customers on the application of digital solutions in their workflows.

Provide expert consultation on maximizing the value of digital platforms in both clinical and operational settings.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements.

Design and deliver advanced training programs (internal and external), including training materials, user guides, and e-learning modules.

Oversee installation, configuration, and integration of digital solutions into customer environments.

Support technical teams in best practices for system setup, data migration, and issue resolution.

Partner with sales, marketing, and service teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure exceptional post-sales support.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to align local initiatives with overall corporate strategies.

Track and report on KPIs related to product adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Experience in product or application management within the healthcare/medical technology sector.

Proven background in managing digital solutions, ideally in healthcare.

Experience in customer-facing roles (training, implementation, technical support).

Solid understanding of digital healthcare solutions, data management systems, and clinical workflows.

Familiarity with DICOM standards is an advantage.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert business goals into actionable product plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical problem-solving mindset with proven leadership and collaboration abilities.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
