KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Program Analyst to join our KPMG AI & Digital organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop AI strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends

Design and implement AI-driven digital solutions to tackle complex business challenges and enhance performance

Assist in the deployment and integration of AI models and digital tools tailored to client needs

Work with data scientists, IT professionals, and consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic goals

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for data-driven decision-making and strategic recommendations

Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain KPMG's competitive edge in AI and digital innovation

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience in AI, digital innovation, or related fields, with a focus on project implementation and strategy development

Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field is required; relevant certifications are a plus

Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R; experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Strong skills in analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable insights

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and presentations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
