Job Title: Call Center Representative – Banking/Financial Services
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19.17/hr (W2)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Position Overview:
We are seeking Client Support Service Professionals to join a leading financial institution in Columbus, OH. This is a customer-facing role handling incoming service inquiries regarding client accounts, online platforms, and financial products. Ideal candidates are professional, driven, and committed to delivering World-Class Service in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
Provide support for Cash Management products, online banking platforms, mobile apps, and general account inquiries.
Maintain consistent performance by meeting key departmental service metrics.
Deliver timely and accurate information while navigating multiple systems and adhering to regulatory/compliance standards.
Exhibit adaptability and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environment.
Qualifications:
Must meet at least one of the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
Prior experience in a financial services or banking call center
Preferred Attributes:
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure
