Job Description
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Review work tickets, scan and enter in daily schedule.
Prepare vendors bills for approval and payments
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
computer knowledge in Adobe/Microsoft word/excel is a must.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail

We are looking to add an office administrative assistant to our existing staff to help out in the office and daily operation.
