Overview: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Administrator to lead our facility’s operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, oversee daily operations, and foster a positive and productive work culture for staff and residents alike.
What you will be doing:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct overall operations of facility as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current state and federal laws and regulations.
Identify facility’s KPIs and establish an ongoing system to monitor these indicators such as the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement process throughout the facility.
Develop and execute a census and occupancy management strategy that results in improved census and improved fiscal health for the facility.
Continue to learn and teach others about new CMS program initiatives such as value-based purchasing programs like SNF-VBP, SNF-QRP, Quality Measures, Nursing Home Compare, Payroll Based Journal reporting, etc.
Communicate directly with residents, medical and nursing staff, family members, department heads and members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services. Respond to and resolve complaints and concerns when necessary,
What you need to qualify:
A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Ohio.
2 years' experience leading facility operations of a Nursing Home.
Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
