Key Responsibilities
Customer & Vendor Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for customers.
Ensure customer SOPs and service expectations are clearly communicated and executed.
Coordinate with carriers, drayage providers, and vendors for daily operational support.
Handle escalations such as damage, inventory discrepancies, and late deliveries.
Inventory Control & System Accuracy
Oversee inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies through investigations and reporting.
Ensure all warehouse system transactions (receipts, shipments, transfers, adjustments) are completed accurately and timely.
Monitor cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory.
Operational Support & Process Oversight
Track and report key metrics such as order turnaround time, inventory accuracy, and service performance.
Lead or support onboarding for new accounts and ensure process alignment across departments.
Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics (3PL preferred)
Strong understanding of inventory workflows and WMS/ERP systems
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred
Work Environment
On-site at 13230 Crosby Freeway, Houston, TX
Regularly required to walk between the warehouse floor and office
May require extended hours during peak operational periods
