Pay: $30–$45/hour

trak group is partnering with a precision manufacturer to add an experienced Assembler to their team. What You’ll Do

Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild precision mechanical components to strict specifications

Inspect parts using blueprints and guided specifications

Handle motors and electrical components including wiring, pinning, crimping, and soldering

Clean, lubricate, and mount precision bearings with proper setup and preload

Operate manual machines such as lathes and grinders

Track labor hours in ERP systems and support continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

3–5 years of experience in machine building, repair, or similar work (e.g., automotive engine/transmission repair)

Working knowledge of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry

Familiarity with bearings, GD&T, and proper assembly protocols

Ability to read complex blueprints and BOMs

Skilled in precision measuring devices and basic inspection tools

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Experience with inspection software and ERP systems (preferred)
