CNC Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift CNC Supervisor to lead and support a small team of CNC operators. This leader will oversee workloads, serve as the go-to resource for questions, and ensure that all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and provide leadership to 3 CNC operators on 3rd shift

Assign and manage workloads to meet production schedules and quality standards

Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting, technical questions, and process improvements

Enforce and promote safety standards to maintain a safe working environment

Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support the development of team members

Collaborate with other shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

3–5 years of CNC machining and leadership/supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of CNC operations and machining processes

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Schedule

3rd shift; end time is 6:00 a.m.

Start times may vary based on workload
