PowerBi Developer

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with strong SQL skills to join our team.

India facility. This role will support ongoing and new initiatives in our data analytics and reporting journey,

with a particular emphasis on secure handling of sensitive data in a controlled environment.

The successful candidate will work from our monitored, access-controlled office due to the nature of our

environments, which contain live PII in lower environments. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for business stakeholders.

Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into impactful data

visualizations.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting purposes.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies while working with sensitive

information.

Collaborate with QA and development teams to perform continued testing across multiple projects after

go-live.

Troubleshoot data issues and maintain accuracy, performance, and availability of reports.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and self-service analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of professional experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).

Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).

Experience in ETL processes and working with large, complex datasets.

Strong understanding of data governance and handling of PII in secure environments.

Proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-

making.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
