Planner - Intermediate Level

Are you a seasoned project planner with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact programmes? I'm looking for an NPI Project Planner to join the Planning & Controls team, supporting a major New Product Introduction and industrialisation programme.

This is a critical role ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards - all within a high-security, cutting-edge environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead planning and scheduling activities across engineering, sourcing, and project teams

Align milestones and deliverables across stakeholders

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols

What We're Looking For:

SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it) - British citizenship preferred

Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management

Especially within marine, defence, or high-security industries

Proven track record in NPI and industrialisation programmes

Proficiency in Primavera P6

'? Bonus Points For:

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Familiarity with security standards in restricted environments
