We’re looking for a Front Office Attendant to join our dynamic team at our reputable hotel in Masaka!

Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process Handle room reservations via phone, email, and in-person Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle guest complaints and queries professionally Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments Requirements Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Computer literate (familiar with hotel booking systems is a plus) A positive attitude and professional appearance Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus
