12,000 JOB LOCATION RUIRU DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock accordingly Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems (if required) Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned sections (e.g., grocery, fresh produce, etc.) Assist in unloading and storing deliveries Support stocktaking and inventory control activities Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION KCSE Certificate Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift/move stock Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays Honest, dependable, and a good team player HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
