20,000-22,000 JOB LOCATION WESTLANDS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional table service to guests in line with fine dining standards Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies) Recommend food and beverages based on customer preferences and knowledge of the menu Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Monitor guests’ dining experience and ensure they are satisfied with food and service Handle any customer complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the service area Process payments accurately and issue receipts Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings as required KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality Management Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant with fine dining service Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and alcoholic beverages (wines, spirits, cocktails) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and good grooming standards Ability to multitask and remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and high level of customer service Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
