JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Real Estate Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in a combination of several of the following areas is a must:
o Joint ventures.
o Commercial financing.
o Private placements/capital raises.
o Taxation and tax structuring.
o Leases.
o Easements.
o Construction.
o Property management agreements.
o Land use or development.
· Enthusiasm for and experience in a combination of state and federal tax credits and incentives (e.g., opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing, PACE and/or payments in lieu of taxes structures) is a plus.
