n School Psychologist 2025/2026 School Year\n *Opportunity for $2,500 Bonus!*\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nPsychological Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.\nIEP & 504 Plan Support: Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data.

Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.\nCrisis Support & Training: Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.\nDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings, evaluations, and other necessary documentation.\nMultidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.\n\n School Psychologist Qualifications:\n\nCertification: Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certification\nBackground Check: Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance).\nTB Clearance\nEligibility to Work: Eligibility to work in the US\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\nCertification from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)\nPrior experience working as a school psychologist\nBilingual in Spanish/English\n\n\n\n School Psychologist Physical Demands:\n\nEnvironment: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.\nActivity: Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.\nSensory: Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.\n\n This job description reflects essential functions and may be adjusted as needed.\n PQI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or other classification protected by law.\n
