Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Valley Truck Centers. Located in Columbus, Ohio, this role is vital for ensuring smooth operations at our dealership by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries at the front desk.
Manage phone calls efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
Handle administrative duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and office management tasks.
Provide information about our products and services to customers.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for visitors.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of office software applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to handle data entry tasks with attention to detail.

Hours are Mon-Friday 11-8 with a rotating Saturday. If you work Saturday you will be be off on Friday.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Experience in a customer-facing position, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
