Hiring: Civil Project Manager – Bidar–Kalburgi Project Package II

Role Summary:

We are executing critical civil infrastructure works including buildings, earthwork, formation, road, and P-way works for the Bidar–Kalburgi railway electrification project. We are seeking a Project Manager with proven leadership and civil engineering delivery experience to integrate timelines, design approvals, billing, field execution, quality, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop micro-level construction schedules (preferably in MSP/Primavera).

• Sequence and integrate OHE, PSI, building, and formation works.

Budgeting & Financial Control:

• Establish project-wise WBS-linked cost controls.

• Ensure cost compliance with CPWD DAR/contractual AOR rates.

• Market rate assessment in absence of defined AOR Vol. I/II rates.

Contract & Claims Management:

• Interpret BOQ, technical specs, and contract clauses to avoid liabilities.

• Handle variation, deviations, and claims in line with RITES agreement.

Qualification & Compete

nce: • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR preference add

ed). • Minimum 3 years of leadership in a similar railway/PWD/CPWD infra pack

age. • Knowledge of CPWD DAR 2023 Vol I & II and contractual integrat

ion. • Software: Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and billing softw
