Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System (PMS): Develop and track key performance metrics.
Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS): Implement structured problem-solving techniques.
KPI Definition & Monitoring: Define, set up, and track key business KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and quality.
KPI Tracking: OEE, OTIF, Yield, COPQ, FTPR, 6S implementation, and audits
Tiered Reviews & Reporting: Support daily and weekly tiered meetings for performance tracking.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Training Records: Documentation and recording of the training records
Kaizen Drive: Educating workers on kaizens, Collecting and validating kaizen from across teams
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years in operational excellence, process improvement, data analysis, or performance tracking.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, statistical analysis, and dashboard creation.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, communication, and reporting skills.
